Cardiff Lions RFC are Wales’ first LGBTQ+ inclusive rugby team. At the Lions we pride ourselves on our diversity in players, specifically their rugby/sporting abilities, which may range from completely new, to seasoned Welsh divisional league players.

Cardiff Lions RFC is Wales' first inclusive rugby union football club. Founded in 2004, we are proud to welcome players of all levels of skill and sexual orientation. As members of the International Gay Rugby and the Welsh Rugby Union, we compete in the Ron Lucock Cup.
